The gravy was gelled over when it arrived. I do not know what the chicken was seasoned with but it was very bland, burnt panko doesn't taste well at all. Parts of the chicken were overdone and burnt and parts of the chicken wasn't cooked all the way through. I ordered the Panko breaded chicken over the red potatoes with gravy. We should have left if we would have known our food was going to be awful and the service was going to be worse than the food. It took over 10 minutes or so after we ordered our beverages to get them. We were seated and our waitress was the worst we have ever had this particular location. This is the first time we have received anything less than great service.
